A little about Leading with Impact and Teacher Development...    

 

Leading with Impact and Teacher Development is focused on providing quality professional development to meet the needs of teachers, schools and district in the P-12 learning environment.  Leading with Impact is focused on making a difference for all students, and it is with this lens that school leaders and teachers are challenged to look at their school data, determine what specific steps need to be taken to address gaps in student achievement, and then plan for success of all students.

 

As a district and  school administrator of both elementary and secondary schools, my passion is school improvement, and how schools can make systemic changes.

 

Workshops focusing on teacher leadership, the change process, and creating a culture for effective teamwork are available, and professional development is created to meet the specific needs of the school and district participant.  Please feel free to contact me for further details.

I have had the privilege of leading two high performing elementary schools and an amazing middle school.  I spent two years working in Abu Dhabi as a Cluster Manager (Area Superintendent) supervising and mentoring principals, focusing intently on strategic planning.  My career took me to the university setting, leading the Masters in Education Programs at USF Sarasota-Manatee.  Currently, I am serving as the Executive Director of Secondary Schools in Indian River County.
